It seems that not all players wanna be the support since they don't go to battle. It is time to consider creating options so players don't have to be the support. It seemed important to not obligate the players to do so, however creating an NPC to replace an in-game character is not correct, since the support, in the lore, is like the other characters, just have another function.
So, there needs to be a way so players have some control of what the support does if there is no support player.

[ ] How to make the support NPCs viable so it isn't just the GM controlling a character for the whole game.
