Warning: getOperatorList - ignoring errors during "RenderPageRequest: page 0" task: "Error: Worker task was terminated". #176

This happens when I switch routes too fast. Details are as shown.

Switching the route after loading the first page will not report an error.

By the way I used createLoadingTask(url) to display all pages. | Just like the example. https://github.com/FranckFreiburger/vue-pdf#example---display-multiple-pages-of-the-same-pdf-document
