The receiver can hear the caller voice without answering #1047

It could be probably impossible but on three android Device we (a team of three 
people) are able to hear the caller voice without answering, how could it be 
possible? The receiver is able to listen to the caller but the caller is unable 
to listen the receiver without answering !!!!!
Please HELP

I've forgot to say that we have tried the app on a :
- Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus;
- Samsung S1 Plus;
- HTC One S;

That's all!!!

The problem appears when the telephone starts ringing, the receiver listens to 
the caller's voice without answering, why ?

If the receiver answers everithing goes well!!!
HELP PLEASE

Exactly same happened with me many times on a Dell Venue Pro 7.8
For a half year I dont experience it tho.
