What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pull ringing phone out of pocket
2. Wonder why call has already been answered (Sipdroid's green "Ongoing call"
symbol is present in the notification bar)
3. Put phone to ear and wonder why you can't hear a thing
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to be able to answer the call and then speak normally with the
person on the other end. Instead, when I pull the phone out of my pocket,
there's already an ongoing call, and neither party can hear the other.
What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Latest Sipdroid version from Google Play, on a stock Google Nexus (4.0.4). Also
reproduced on CyanogenMod9 RC1.
Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
Using PBXes.
Which type of network are you using?
Happens on 3G and WiFi.
Please provide any additional information below.
Toggling speakerphone on and off doesn't help (was my first instinct). Also,
when this happens, it's impossible to get rid of the ongoing call notification
without using Settings=>Apps=>Sipdroid=>Force Close. Hitting Menu=>Exit from
the Sipdroid interface does nothing, and Sipdroid just stays open, but unable
to receive calls.
Looks like a full-on crash to me.
