Incoming calls ring, but both parties cant hear each other

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set up sipdroid on Fritzbox 6340 or 7390 (those I have here)
2. get someone to call you - sipdroid will ring
3. accept call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to hear the other party and him to hear me.
Instead there is silence on both lines.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Sipdroid 2.7 on HTC Sensation with stock 4.0.3

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
my Fritzboxes - i dont like PBXes for other reasons

Which type of network are you using?
WLAN - 108.11n

Outgoing calls work well. I can hear the other and he can hear me.

When i use the integrated SIP Client of Android (above 2.3.3) it works 
flaweless. Same with Fritzfon-App.

I read about internal speakers turning off with incoming calls in another 
issue, used their workaround (turn on speakers after accepting call) and that 
fixes incoming sound, but not outgoing sound on incoming call (i can hear the 
other, he still cant hear me)

Codecs PCMA and PCMU were both tested, work on outgoing calls, but not on 
incoming
