when i try to make a call it says enter password

Hi im having trouble setting up my pbxes to google voice.Thought i did 
everything right but when i try to make a call it connects but then it says 
please enter your password what does this mean? Im ready to give up been 
working on this for about a week now any help would be appreciated and i do 
have another issue not sure if anyone could help me on this. I did have it set 
up perfectly with another account but i cant find my password info for that 
account and every time they say a email is sent to reset my password is not in 
my email so am at lost on how to retrieve that account if i can get that 
account info im good.They wont let me connect to the google pbx they have cause 
im already login with that account i lost my password to if anyone could help 
that would be great im  a newbie at this and im going crazy trying to figure 
this out lol
