Add Bootstrap to the applications using Bootstrap Sass

Requirements

Bootstrap Sass: discover basic features, what is Saas, how Bootrap is designed thanks to variables, create a separate Saas project in order to build a custom (simple) bootstrap minified style sheet
Applications: include the custom bootstrap style sheet into the Vue apps, apply simple styles and check that the styles are applied
