Add Simplified Chinese translation

Thanks for your translation. I will add it to the next release.

I cant just use the pull request. Have to think about how to merge.

I hope to release that version (V631) end of April.

A few items that were added later still need translating. You can filter on 'Pending' to see them. pending

Please use the latest version when you make new modifications.
