On Windows 11, with all 4 options selected for install I do not see a map and nothing in this tab is clickable:

It appears this is due to a default preference.

Would it be reasonable to 1) make the tab look more disabled and 2) overlay a label which indicates how to enable it?

That it is disabled by default, is inherited from the old V516 version
