Add duration metric for task

Now we have metrics for tasks executed in thread pool:

But it's lack of duration that reflects how long a task might task. Sometimes we can only see such potential problem from tracing logs. However, since these tasks are async tasks, the duration of root span in the tracing log also does not reflect such problem
