Modal window don't open at 4.3.3 version #3

Modal window don't open at 4.3.3 version. User write /broadcast and hit Enter in message box and nothing happens.

@ankar84 In the app settings there must be a minimum of one channel name filled into the input field. I will fix that in the next version.
