these types should point to a prefix, used together with tie ticket-id that forms a valid URL, pointing to a repository where the ticket lives.

Ok, we need a second CRUD-Screen for a editable List of target systems. Then, everey TicketlistEntry is marked with one "target system", the type of this entry. GUI: ChoiceBox, single selection

DB migration commited, new table prefixes refernced by tickets. Need to

update the model to make prefix available to gui
update persistence layer to select the new table
implement second form CRUD for the new table
