@Yuying-Jin For next time, let's continue with testing Nose and see if we can make it run on a small chunk of collation input. Or just improve the tutorial or continue documenting the issues for Windows.

Can we control the output to prevent it from outputting the entire collation unit?
Can we also allow it to read two test input files?

One of our immediate goals is to create a workflow for other DIGIT students to follow if we involve them to help us check and repair the collation
