Resolving S-GA pointer #49

Pointers to S-GA files generated from the collation should resolve to the correct text from the actual S-GA files.

First attempt with decent results in https://github.com/PghFrankenstein/Pittsburgh_Frankenstein/commit/a58c8387e4ceba9f189e17f69af80570b95fc786.

There are edge cases that don't return anything, will investigate.
