Plot SVG Bars representing edition scope #54

to plot relative alignments and gaps across the five editions. Comparable to S-GA bars representing notebook coverage, this would help to survey at a glance how all the editions "stack up" against one another. Helpful slide for ADHO 2018 conference, too.
