Thomas copy del and add elements #56

We need to reprocess the Thomas files in prep for collation, because we aren't marking the starts and ends of <del> (and probably <add>) elements with @ana as we've done for the other "flattened" content-bearing elements.

resolving manually for C-10 unit test for now. Not resolved.

Resolved: we're now using trojan-style (@th:sID and @th:eID) markers for flattened elements across the variorum after last summer's processing work!
