Problem with `<sga-add>` and `<mod>` processing in preP5-part 4 to 5? #17

@Yuying-Jin and @ebeshero have possibly introduced some new condition to the files we are processing. From stage 4: we are losing occasional (but fatal) <sga-add> and <mod> elements bearing @th:eID markers. This is evident in our testing of msColl C11, which comes out broken (incompletely processed) in the P5 stage.

We need to trace the source of the problem.

Definitely the @eID is lost in P4's output. This means P4 processing is likely the source of problem.
