Solve mystery of missing Box 57 Chapt 7 #12

We have a complete spine for C22, but we are missing the MS reading view file of Box 57 Chap 7! This means that side panels work on the other editions to display variant normalized data from the MS, but the MS reading view file is blank:

Find out why.

We are missing the file completely in the chapt reading views from fv-data and postCollation. (Presumably the XSLT pipeline breaks on just that file.)

Solved! Our longTokens around the chapter marker in C21 prevented the chapter information from outputting when we raised the trojan milestone markers in P5-part 5. I adjusted the longTokens to allow for raising the markers and all is well. We are now outputting the chapter.
