Option to disable chat WYSIWYG editing. #1197

Requesting a option to disable the WYSIWYG chat input, instead using the old input method of emotes being text instead of being rendered as their image.

Current workaround is to set your wysiwyg_chat_input_user_id experiment to "control", though this will probably break at some point... image

Having this as an option in FFZ though moving forward would be greatly, greatly appreciated though. The WYSIWYG box is a hot mess... Runs terribly, eats keystrokes it has no business catching (browser shortcuts like new tab), disturbs text formatting (e.g. when writing text to copy into a bot message), adds delay to tab autocomplete etc. etc. etc.....

I've set that experiment several times and it keeps unsetting itself, I can't figure out how to get it to stick.
