FFZ Emotes not visible in some VODs that are labeled "Highlights"

Describe the bug FFZ emotes, including add-on emotes, don't work in some Highlight VODs. Eg. I am watching a playthrough of a game from a streamer from last year that he saved as a highlight on Twitch and all FFZ emotes are shown as text only. This does not occur on normal VODs that are labeled "Past broadcasts". I only noticed this behavior on these specific highlight VODs, this isn't an issue on every streamer or highlight.

I also noticed one interesting thing just now: It seems that BetterTTV Global Emotes do work but nothing else.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a Twitch streamer's channel
2. Click on a video under "Highlights"
3. Observe chat
4. See emotes like LULW as text only

Expected behavior To see the emotes normally

Additional context

I've tested it on the VOD you linked and looks like it's the same problem I encountered. #1260 fixes this.
