Hover info for the minimized version of the "Following" sidebar is not displayed when "Swap Sidebars" is enabled. #528

FFZ Logs (via FFZ Menu > About > Logs; if Applicable): N/A

Bug / Idea: When the sidebars are flipped so chat is on the left side of the window and the Following list is on the right of the window, hovering over the Following list does not pop up the preview window which shows the stream title, name of the game being played, and number of viewers.

Steps to Reproduce (if Applicable): In the FrankerFaceZ settings, go to appearance > layout and check "Swap Sidebars". Then hover over a user in your Following sidebar (formerly the left side sidebar, but now on the right side of the screen) and nothing pops up.

To see normal behavior, uncheck "Swap Sidebars" and perform the same action.

The hover options allows users to check what game a streamer is playing without either expanding the "Following" sidebar or loading each individual channel.

Almost filed a dupe for this, then I saw this ticket. Can confirm still present. I made screenshots before I realized - I'll throw them on here even though they're probably not needed (yay i'm helping)

Still having this issue on Version 4.20.33 using Firefox 79 on Windows 7
