Some things can be translated from browser's provided strings, so I did that.
Added and enabled Polish translations

Thank you for your contribution. I intentionally kept the about:robots page because we have an extension that restores the robots page and perhaps a better approach would be to conditionally check for this extension.

In the future, please base your PRs against the development branch and keep it to one issue/change at a time (i.e. separate PR for about:robots removal)
