Remove WinXP styling #9

Description

Pale Moon has dropped support for Windows XP starting with v27.0.0, and it's useless to keep these styling in our tree since they will be left unused.

Proposed solution

Remove every selector with [aios-appOSVersion="Windows NT 5.1"].
