Typora is out of date #18

The latest version of Typora is 0.9.93, but the version here is 0.9.89.

This version has an unfortunate bug that it installs the start menu item incorrectly https://github.com/typora/typora-issues/issues/3730

Looks like the feed https://www.typora.io/windows/dev_update.xml is no longer getting updated.

Instead there is a https://www.typora.io/windows/dev_release.html
