I can assign healthy pets to very severe medical procedures and unhealthy pets to light procedures. The program also assumes if a pet is unhealthy they are either dying or bleeding, which is quite a big assumption could have a lot of other lighter illnesses like diarrhoae/ sprain which still indicates the pet is unhealthy.

The detection of semantic must include the participation of AI, which is far beyond this module's requirement. Besides, the unhealthy pet could have 5 status not just 2 and this status is randomly generated for fun, which is mentioned in the UG.
