Reverse engineered reimplementation of the CSR USB<>SPI converter device on a Stellaris Launchpad. Will work with the original CSR driver and should allow all CSR BlueSuite tools to work on BlueCore chips, with the notable exception of the ones requiring JTAG.

Minor fixes after importing on a clean install #1

Just a few compiler warning cleanups (no behavioural changes at all) and I also reworded the section in the readme regarding SW_ROOT as I missed the part about there being two locations that needed to be checked - took a while to figure out why the build was throwing "SW_ROOT not resolved" errors when the project definitely had a valid link to it.
