[FEATURE] Blink "Assist" when in off-road, instead of other way round #2

In the current 19.0 version, the "Assist" letters stay on when in "offroad" mode, and they blink when in "street legal" mode. Would it be possible to swap this around, possibly with a setting ? In my opinion, street legal should be the normal (thus non-blinking) mode, whereas offroad would be the exceptional/watch-out/warning state (thus blinking) :-/

Should be fixed in https://github.com/Frans-Willem/TSDZ2-Clean-EBike/commit/e1b17221bc7a92aae15d175f8c2db0bf17508c23, will test and confirm tomorrow.

Just did a test-run, and can verify this is implemented correctly :)
