Currently the startup boost mode is allowed to exceed the set maximum power, as well as exceed the street mode limits.
Seeing as street mode is usually set to obey the local traffic rules (in Europe 25km/h 250w max), do we actually want this behaviour?
Outside of street-mode, is it wise to have no cap on motor power, even if it is just for a couple of seconds ?
