Added support for plantUml #41

@FransBouma: Great tool! I use it in our build/deployment pipelines to generate the docs.

For more information about plantUml: planttext.com or plantuml.com
Preformance could be improved when the images are generated in one batch.
You need Java. I tried ikvm, but couldn't get it to work.

While appreciated, I can't merge this as it makes the tool require Java, something that isn't installed on systems by default, not to mention you need a java connection for .NET, something that you say you couldn't get to work.

Which means if I merge this, DocNet is immediately unusable for the users.
