Allow pretty url formatting #66

For example, I'd rather have "API Reference" being converted to "api-reference" than "APIReference". I can create a PR with a setting with unchanged default behavior:

UrlHandling: Default | SplitByDashes

@FransBouma I think I'll fix this one as well for the next release, then I am all done with the docs ;-)

UrlFormatting: "strip" (default) | "dashes"
