Cannot add more than 10 users in each inbound

Click on + users in an inbound only increases the number of users to 10 even if you remove a user and make it 9 and add +10 users with the button will increase the users to 19 and won't allow any more users to be added in that inbound.

@mkhib that's what expected,because I made some restrictions here,only 10 max users are allowed,so if you want to add more users,plz use other panel.
