When window is resized video aspect ratio should be preserved, using 
letterboxng or pillarboxing, if necessary.

Hm, maybe just adding a button to reset the window to a 4:3 aspect ratio would 
be better, personally I like having full screen video even if the aspect ratio 
is changed. At any instance preserving aspect ratio will be optional.
