We need a to the point instruction, in order to work on the project. please identify these information:
Issue Status: 1. Open 2. Started 3. Submitted 4. Done
Work has been started.
These users each claimed they can complete the work by 1 week, 1 day from now. Please review their action plans below:
1) mahmoudmohajer has started work.
in this bounty, I want to use data analysis and Machine learning techniques to find patterns of Sybil attacks, which will help to make a better ecosystem in Blockchain. Trust needs clarity. 2) poupou-web3 has started work.
I will explore gitcoin contributors and find patterns in the Sybil attackers. 3) anthonyloya913 has started work.
In this project I will utilize machine learning algorithms to identify and categorize potential Sybils. I will create a deep detailed analysis in written form paired with a dashboard and/or visualizations for visual consumption. 4) g-r-ay has started work.
This project will leverage information from the Grant 15 round and on chain data to identify sybil behavioral patterns, curb sybil activity, and classify them using machine learning methods. 5) momonosukke has started work.
Tl;dr Open sourcing a tool for on-chain analysis of sybil networks.
A longer explanation of our reasoning and the concrete problem that gave rise to this tool can be read here: https://gov.gitcoin.co/t/sybil-defence-ideas-for-gitcoin-and-grant-owners/11611
Summary: Many of the addresses behind the sybil accounts donating to grants on Gitcoin were conducting their activities on Zksync, which is a relatively new L2 with technical properties (like changing public keys) that can be helpful to malicious actors conducting automated sybil attacks.
This tool helped us aggregate data from different blockchains and analyse them. We hope that it can help others, especially grant owners, that may want to take a proactive role in Gitcoin sybil resistance, by starting with an analysis of their own grant. 6) junta has started work.
analyze sybil's behavior 7) vieirastefani has started work.

@epowell101 please take a look at the submitted work:
I'm not quite Sure why my submitted bounty isn't showing ups but l had thought I was suppose to submit proof I had worked on All the entire reviewing grants of the last 3 grant rounds.I submitted here and on the hackathon bounty but assuming I didn't do it correctly because its been since September and nobody has responded to me on either bounty/hacathon
Slay Sybils, win prizes
Prize Bounty
Winners will split $10,000 paid out in ETH.
Challenge Description
Thank you for your interest in helping to defend one person, one vote approaches to decision-making in this data science hackathon.
In this challenge, you will access training data provided by Gitcoin and compete on the accuracy of your predictions and the value of the datasets you share - i.e. the transformations on the on-chain data you have prepared and used in your data science.
Submission Requirements
To submit your entries, please follow the instructions on the Gitcoin hackathon site to submit your analysis and your curated data set.
Judging Criteria
You can compete using the data sets that are provided to you as well as other on-chain data that you may identify. We are interested as well in other sources of data that you may select and prepare as well.
Those entries that do a good job categorizing potential Sybils and explaining their approach, the data they use, and their findings will be preferred. We are looking for solutions that show an appreciation of the complexity of the behavior of Sybils and that are well explained. Remember our judges and others are available to provide feedback as well in open forums such as the FDD-hackathon Discord channel.
Winner Announcement Date
Winners will be announced on Halloween - October 31, 2022.
Resources
We want this hackathon to help spark a broader open data science community. And remember communities are just humans collaborating to solve problems and have fun - so please get in touch and discuss your thoughts and approaches and questions with the judges.
There is a hackathon channel in the Gitcoin discord called #FDD-hackathon. Join the Gitcoin discord and click on the lightbulb emoji to get a role that enables you to see the channel. You can join the Gitcoin discord here: https://discord.gg/gitcoin
