[UC3] Controlled vocabulary updates #14

As requested by @rohitadeshmukh13 in #6, I had a look at the definitions for event types, production types, and theatrical genres. Creating this PR with my changes, so y'all can double-check them and have an overview over what changed. Let me know, if there are any questions.
