I'm not sure how to use table 183 of 23008-3: 2022.

For example, for the channel CH_M_L030, we have

If the goal is to position dynamic objects in an MPEG-H production, then we would propose to use one of the available MPEG-H Production Tools like the MAS (https://mpegh.com/mas/) or commercially available solutions like Steinberg Nuendo, Avid ProTools Ulitmate or the NAT Spatial Audio Designer or others. The MPEG-H Production Tools enable positioning of dynamic objects and monitoring the mix on loudspeakers.
