See attached screenshot. MADCAP was definitely not in the foreground during this time. Note that MADCAP was shown as "in the foreground" through 2017-02-09, which it definitely was not.
It could be that the user logged out from MADCAP. Perhaps no "Data Collection Off" event was sent? This may be an error in the timeline, but it may also be an error in that MADCAP didn't send a probe that it should.
I believe that a user was logged out during this whole time. If that was the case, I would expect to see a "Data Collection turned off" bar.
