@new intern: I left a manual in the Github wiki how to change the web application to upload to the two different projects and how to puload in general. However, the upload only works on my PC currently, other PCs will get a 403 forbidden error from the App Engine. I'm pretty confident that you will have to provide some credentials in Maven somewhere.
