Create an administrative dashboard where we can export the number of data collection hours for each madcap user #77

We want to know how many hours of "usable data" each person has provided so far in the calendar month.

We first need to define what we mean by "usable data" . I would say this is data where MADCAP is collecting data between 8am and midnight.

We will need a reliable algorithm for calculating this given that the user can switch off data collection, MADCAP can crash, or phones can be shut down.
