update multidatastream get_dao() and small fixes to readme #19

get_dao() function of multidatastreams did not accept two parameters. We also fixed the readme by specifying the programming language in the code snippets.

In the readme we also fixed the phenomenon_time when creating an observation Closes #18 .

Thank you very much for your contribution. In order to document both possible ways of defining phenomenon_time values we decided to change only one of the two corresponding examples in the README. All other suggestions have been adopted.
