Radio exports #25

Hi so instead of making the radio a physical item I am trying to use the exports so only my services have access to them for some reason the exports don't seem to work and it can't find 'GivePlayerAccessToFrequencies' & 'RemovePlayerAccessToFrequencies' as exports.

I don't think the exports work server-side and I am trying to use this with esx_duty instead of esx_service
