fix: missing dh-dkms package on debian #100

When building on a clean bookworm, it fails due to missing dh-dkms package.

@alkmim Thank you for your participation. The problem is the package dh-dkms is not available on former distribution (ubuntu 22.04...) and the build fails.

Need to check if the package is available.
