google fonts and jquery? not for privacy-conscious people

Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.1.0.js”. 
Content-Security-Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Raleway (“style-src”).
