Excuse me, can fasta of different bacteria be entered into BwaMemIndexImageCreator or PathSeqBuildReferenceTaxonomy together? Or one by one?

Hi, our pipeline didn't include the analysis of FASTA file. I would suggest to check out PathSeq documentations.
