Update Fred Hutch logo to the new branding #114

I tested on an existing report to make sure there were no issues. It looks good to me.

@kelliemac @bryan - it looks like the c.i. scripts are outdated, see issue #115. After discussion during VISC standup, the assessment is that swapping an image file should not cause further concerns.
