Add VISC slide (PPT) template #121

Create a VISC slide (PPT) template. This could be used for general-purpose VISC presentations, and/or for saving all of the figures from a report in PPT form to make putting together a slide presentation from a report easier (see HVTN reports strategy).

We can use Quarto to do this.
