Placeholder issue for bugfix in visc_load_pdata() user interface #167

Will add more detail and a PR once I put together a reprex.

No cause for alarm. The issue can sometimes create a false negative (not false positive) data hash match, so although it could confuse the user, the user wouldn't be using the wrong pdata.

Considering this as not reproducible for now. Was able to help SRA resolve issue by restarting Rstudio, and I can't reproduce it on my own the way I had assumed I'd be able to.
