Reminder to tweak snapshots upload method #170

This is just a reminder for me to tweak the snapshot uploading method if/when upstream r-lib changes how snapshots get uploaded.

In the meantime, when test fail we can find the snapshots inside the full results artifact, and when tests succeed, we can see the snapshots inside the snapshots artifact.

What we have still seems to be working fine enough.

The issue I started on r-lib/actions about changing the snapshot behavior seems to have gone stale, so I'm not sure there is going to be imminent movement on that from upstream. I'm going to close this issue and can resurrect it later as needed.
