Fix file names referenced in generic report methods templates #208

In the generic report template, the following text is included in the biological-endpoints.Rmd, lab-methods.Rmd, and statistical-methods.Rmd files:

<!-- background.md is generated from the RMARKDOWN file, background.Rmd.
Please edit that file. -->

This should be amended to use the correct file names (i.e., not background.(R)md.
