Add auxillary files (.aux, .toc, etc) to .gitignore #219

Add the following to .gitignore:

.aux
.lof
.lot
.out
.toc

Justification

I don't think these files need to be version controlled. I have been requesting that SRAs add these files to their .gitignore, but ideally it would removed by default.

We should add cache files as well.
