Add adcc test knit to ci #221

Merging this to branch ADCC-template incorporates recent changes from develop and adds the adcc report to the unit testing and CI. And it knits locally for me without errors or warnings, nice work @lemireg! Once it's merged we'll be able to see if it works on the other CI platforms as well.
